Ingredients:

These are some of the reasons, for the choice of these ingredients, lime, and pear very alkalising to the body.
I know people say that fruit is very high in sugar and should be avoided but fruit like raspberries and blueberries, which is high in fibre help keep blood sugar levels stable and as well as supporting to boost your metabolism.

A tip if you feel like it is a high in fruit smoothie, creating a sugar spike, would be to have a handful of nuts and seed, like almonds, peanuts or cashews, which will slow down the absorption into the blood stream, this is why I have added a small spoonful of peanut butter which is my favourite and they are high in energy, to give you a kick start to your day.

this smoothie is full of vitamins, antioxidant, potassium, copper, iron and magnesium.

Lots of Love xxx
