Good morning everyone! today I have a day off from University, which is such a blessing as I am so exhausted.
So today I tried something sort of different for breakfast and it was just so yummy. I love something sweet in the morning and this ticked all the boxes.
So I did my over night oats the night before, using Gluten free oats, Chia seeds and Almond Milk, Which I left in the fridge over night to soak up and become creamy! and it is so handy if you are in a rush in the morning, your breakfast is already prepared!
So this morning, in a cup, I placed half a chopped banana, a few raspberries and Agave Syrup and placed this into a microwave for two minutes or you can cook the fruit on the hob. When the fruit is lovely and hot place on top of the over night oats with a spoonful of Meridian Peanut Butter and you are good to go!
This was so lovely, just the mixture of the cold and warm combination, reminds me of when you have crumble and cold ice-cream!
