
I’ve changed my breakfast as it’s coming up to summer and need something lighter in the morning and a change, so here is my smoothie that I go to in the morning.
- Acai powder – full of iron, calcium and vitamins
- Chia seed – full of iron
- Almond milk – dairy alternative
- Banana
- Frozen berries
- Aloe Vera – helps aid digestion
- Squeeze of lime
