Breakfast smoothie 

I’ve changed my breakfast as it’s coming up to summer and need something lighter in the morning and a change, so here is my smoothie that I go to in the morning.

  • Acai powder – full of iron, calcium and vitamins
  • Chia seed – full of iron
  • Almond milk – dairy alternative
  • Banana
  • Frozen berries
  • Aloe Vera – helps aid digestion
  • Squeeze of lime
