Valentines Gin Cocktail| Tickled Pink

Hello!

Nearly the weekend and nearly Valentines day! Maybe surprise your loved ones or girls night with an easy delicious cocktail on us! (Mama Gin)

So as some of you may know, I am a partner of a company called Mama Gin, We are a Gin (surprise surprise) based mobile cocktail bar, available for parties, weddings, corporate and other events. We are based in Sussex/Brighton and Hove in the UK.

So as its coming up to Valentines day, we thought we would give a recipe to try out! This cocktail has also been added in our spread in the Etc. Magazine February addition! So Please buy a copy!

Anyway! back to the cocktail!

Tickled Pink

  1. In a glass with ice,
  2. Silent Pool Gin – 50ml
  3. Rose Water – couple of drops (I have used Belvoir elderflower and rose cordial)
  4. Double Dutch ‘Pomegranate and Basil’ Tonic or normal tonic!
  5. Garnish with a couple of pomegranate seeds and rose petals
