Sundays are all about comfy lazy outfits, and if you are wanting to go out but can’t be bothered to dress up, here are some ideas of how to create a stylish ‘CBA’ outfit.
Today is an example of what I would put together on days like this. Today, on this gloomy morning I went for Brunch at Igigi Cafe in Hove (a very Instagram cafe), which is a first and shall be defiantly be making another trip very soon. Also! will be writing a little travel guide for where to go for breakfast in Brighton and Hove as I always get asked, as I guess I’ve become a foodie guru haha!!
Delicious!
On comfy days, I love wearing sports leggings as they are so comfortable and flattering and I wear them a lot for days I’m just in the house, going to University or days like today.
Big baggy tops is a must!!! Something I am self conscious about it my chest as well as I suffer from bloating – things we should all talk about! So I always go for baggy tops to throw on, so I am not feeling conscious. This top is from Zara (obviously) and the style is a midi oversize tee, with a mesh back with a mesh frill around the bottom. So a top which is both comfy and easy to style up or down! I wear this over some leather look jeans and high heel chunky boots. Other tops which could dress up this type of outfit is statement jumpers or slogan tee.
Coats coats coats!!! Coats are such a statement, and this is one way I love ‘dressing up the dressing down’ look, I bought this Silver blazer from Topshop last summer in Bath, and it is hands down one of my favourite pieces I own, silver is such a statement. Layering a lazy outfit with a blazer is very trendy. other statement coats I would go for, would be faux fur or teddy material colourful jackets, which you can find every where at the moment.
I’ve paired this with my favourite shoes at the moment my gorgeous dirty pink Nike ‘Air Forces’….ughhh!!!! my friend got me into this style and I’m obsessed, I need to get some more. Now as being a bit on the short side I need some help, and flat-form platform shoes have become a big trend over the summer, and I’m loving it! I chose this colour, as I haven’t seen anyone with them as well as I love wearing black, black is alway my go too and so to add colour I pair colourful accessories and statement items.
It is that time of year where it’s in between hot and cold… and the best option for outfits are layering. Grey or black scarfs are essential, you can wear with anything and you get the role of what the scarf does!
Thank you for reading my post, I know I’ve been on and off with posting so I hope to get back into swing, as I’ve been loving getting back into photography and talking to you guys.
Have a lovely Sunday
lots of love
