Something I have been loving to do recently, is styling my ears. Over the past couple of years it has definitely become a trend, it is getting more exciting, with unbelievably talented companies making beautiful ornaments to dress our ears with!
Earrings are my favourite jewellery pieces at the moment and I wanted to create a layered look with a mixture of gold statement detailed earrings. Only one of my ears has numerous piercings. The reason being that my hair parting is more over the other side covering my left ear. For this edit, I firstly picked these large curved polished sleek gold earrings, followed by styling around them. I wanted to style with pieces which are timeless and are easy to mix with other styles. Curated layered ears is a trend you will be seeing more and more, so I was thrilled to partner with Accessorise and play around, to create contemporary looks, that you will be seeing me wear.
When it comes to jewellery, gold is my personal favourite colour as I have yellow tones in my skin, and I believe this is the most flattering to me. Everyone has different colour tones and preferences, sometimes I do love mixing up silver and gold on a regular basis, but something about keeping to one colour seems so pristine.

So for this style I have curated a style of different textured pieces to compliment the simplistic sleek disc statement earrings.
These central silk curved earrings are such transitional pieces, and I cannot wait to wear them for Autumn/Winter. I love dressing up casual outfits with jewellery and I love these as they are quite urban, sophisticated and work well with different occasions. As they are quite simple, it gave me the freedom to dress these with more detailed and characteristic earrings. I really like the galaxyesque theme going on and I am in love with the new collection Accessorize have been designing, especially the gold pieces, featuring white crystal gems.
